Great app! Only regret is that it doesn’t sync stats with the iOS version

First of all, it was immediately obvious that this is not a retina compatible app. It looks great in the screenshot, but once you buy it and download it - the pixels are huge. I feel like I’m playing an 8bit version of it. Second, undo is not hot-keyed to [Command] + [ z ] which means, you have to click the button. “Autoplay” doesn’t work as expected, and is more annoying than not, and should be turned off to have a normal game. The “Autocomplete” at the end if also very slow. You can’t “Find” a card by pressing on it with any key command to reveal all other aces, or press “a” or anything like that to get a heads up of where cards are. When you’re trying to move a stack, and you don’t have enough freecells to do so, the highlight is kind of weird and not intuative as to how many cards you need to free up to do the opperation. This is FAR lacking from the original Windows game - and if you spend your $2 it would be a dissapointment. I’m going to email the developer and ask for my money back after playing one game.

This is easily the most polished looking version of freecell on the app store, and as i enjoy only playing freecell and not other games like solitare, the lack of other card games does not bother me. My only one complaint is that the action sound created when moving a card is very very quiet, but that is extremely minor.

The CPU usage problem is gone with this last update. This is the best looking Freecell game out in AppStore. Smooth gameplay. clean graphics & automatic moves make this game are great brain teaser. Stuck? ask for help, and a possible move is showed for you. download it!

The look of this game is pleasing. Whats missing is game numbers , or some indication of difficulty. I also like statistics. I would like to see more of those kinds of things.

This is the best version of Freecell that I have tried. Nice customization options should make everyone happy. You can drag or tap to move cards easily, undo, get hints, and have it automatically complete. Good statistics too. I just love the look of it!

Having used this for a while, I found there were similarities to the original (?) MS version. What I miss most is the key board function, especially the <Control> But I do like the different look.

I dont like the feature that automaticaly plays cards to the top if they are eligible. Many cards are more usefully played to other places on the board. Your version forces me to undo a move to the top and then redo a movement to a better place. I wish you kept score by counting the percentage of games won. The total score number is meaningless and the time scoring doesnt show much thats useful.

Really love this game.

I have OSX Mountain Lion 10.8.4. This game freezes up after multiple plays. Then you have to force quit. At least twice, I have not been able to do that and had to shut down and restart. This only happens with this game.

Better then I thought! Love that background can be customized to my own, and sometimes the hints…. very happy with my purchase money well spent! Can you make a keyboard shortcut to see the "Stats" please? Thanks!

Theres no ability to change the level of difficulty, and no opportunity for a trial so I paid for the game and am totally disappointed

I love Brainium card games. Their UI and smooth animation makes it really enjoyable. Good customizeing options.

Used to play FREECELL on a PC, but since I’ve had my MAC and purchased this program I LOVE IT.

Easy to play and fun!

Finally a version of Freecell that keeps times, scores, and moves! App must have been built by someone who really plays Freecell often.

This game responds so slowly. The computer is always a click or two behind me. Its like playing with vertigo. Theres got to be a better way to waste my time than this.
